بینظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام کی چیئرپرسن روبینہ خالد نے بل گیٹس فاونڈیشن کے سربراہ بل گیٹس سے ملاقات کی۔ ملاقات کے دوران روبینہ خالد نے مستحقین کو غربت سے نکالنے کے لیے سکل ڈویلپمنٹ کی اہمیت پر روشنی ڈالی۔ روبینہ خالد نے کہا کہ مستحقین کو غربت کی زندگی سے نکالنا انکی ترجیحات ہیں اس مقصد کےلئے بی آئی ایس پی مختلف منصوبوں پر کام کررہا ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ مستحقین میں امدادی رقوم کی تقسیم میں شفافیت لانے کےلئے ڈیجیٹل نظام متعارف کرنے جارہے ہیں جسکا مقصد اس بات کو یقینی بنانا ہے کہ فائدہ اٹھانے والوں کو ان کی ادائیگیاں فوری اور محفوظ طریقے سے ملیں۔
اس موقع پر بل گیٹس نے بینظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام کے اقدامات و کارکردگی کو سراہتے ہوئے اسے مستحقین کےلئے ایک بہترین فلاحی پروگرام قرار دیا ۔ انہوں نے بینظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام کی مکمل حمایت کا اظہار کرتے اپنی طرف سے مکمل تعاون کی یقین دہانی کرائی
بل گیٹس نے کہا کہ انہوں نے بینظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام کی جانب سے غذائی قلت سے نمٹنے اور کمزور آبادی کے لیے غذائی تحفظ کو بڑھانے میں نمایاں پیش رفت کی تعریف کی۔آخر میں روبینہ خالد نے بل گیٹس کی جانب سے بی آئی ایس پی کی منصوبوں میں تعاون جاری رکھنے پر انکا شکریہ ادا کیا

BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid meets with Bill Gates as she heads the Bill Gates Foundation. Rubina Khalid, whose sister had benefited from the scheme highlighted the necessity of developing skills to bring out people from poverty during a meeting.
Rubina Khalid, terming the poverty reduction as her first and foremost priority said that BISP was carrying out multifarious projects on this front. She also said that to improve transparency in disbursement of aid funds, a digital system is being deployed which will help in ensuring timely and unhindered assistance payouts.
Benazir Income Support Program
Just at this Bill gates was all applauds about BISP (Benazir Income Support Program) and acknowledged that as A great welfare program for the beneficieries He gave his full assurance of support for the program and said he would co-operate fully.
BISP made significant strides in reducing malnutrition and ensuring food security of the most vulnerable populations, noted Bill Gates. At the end, Rubina Khalid thanked Bill Gates for his continuous cooperation in BISP projects.
This meeting could also be a ray of hope and a path towards better future for the welfare recipients in shape of Benazir Income Support Program.
